I was able to get the file under the mod folder in em4 but the mod installer still wont install. can someone please give me and others a walk through from time of download on the steps to take to get it installed. Its in the Mod folder but when you load game and go to mod upload it has a wrench as a pic and wont load up. I got rockport to load but for some reason all the emergency lights in the game flash white boxes and I cant figure out how to fix it. I tried to replace the light bars with no success. any suggestions?make sure you do not have have double folder of the harbor city mod ie Harbor city 4.0\Harbor city 4.0 If that not the probelm try deleting unpack again and copying. the wrench indcates there some missing. If still a probelm after that redownload the mod. As for rock port. I can only suguest redownloading and try install again. Perhapes your missing files.
