You can get it here, includes the buildings, TEC units, and personnel. http://forum.emergen...acked-textures/Matthew, sign up to get the DL. Also, personnel skinning isn't that hard. Is the fact you can't use paint bucket, lol? Use colour replacement tool in photoshop to switch the colours around to another colour.
