Can I run EM2012/E,2013 With this Laptop

Hi, I recently picked up a new laptop and It runs emergency 4 quite well on high without floor shadows and object shadows, I just wanted to know if I can run EM2012/EM2013 on this laptop.

My Specs:

OS: Windows 8

Processor: 2.2GHz

RAM: 4GB

Video Card: Intel HD Graphics (Yes, I know its not a good video card which might affect my gameplay)

I just wanna know what setting i should run and how much FPS I would pull with this laptop.
