Emergency 4 L.A MOD-lags (freeplay)

Hello! I play Emergency 4 with L.A mod and in freeplay i have horrible lags. I tried play with one core, configuration of this webside but it doesn't work. I have ''good'' computer :

Win 7 64-bit

4GB RAM

GPU: ATI Radeon 5770 HD

CPU: AMD Phenom x2

Thaks for help (Sorry for problems, I'm on this site for the first time) :)
