TprHardy Posted March 30, 2013 Report Share Posted March 30, 2013 Ok so I was messing around with the emergency 4 Editor recoloring lights and such on models for private use and I want to make the top of the Ajerent Lightbar all blue instead of red and blue but the .dds file wont open in my Paint.net, it opens some of the PD units and the rest of the DDS files paint.net will not open.
