Let me announce my first ever mod for Emergency 4:HONOLULU MODHonolulu MOD has been canceled due to my military service. -XandarbI've now (18th of may) made a public release for the demo.I am not completely sure that this is a good thing, because this is still very much not a complete product. Consider yourself warned!My intentions with this release is to show off what I have been doing for the last months and to get feedback on it. Keep in mind that this is my first mod and I have been working with the trial-and-error method so there are most likely loads of stupid mistakes all over it.I still intend to release the full version later on. This is a mod based on Honolulu, Hawaii. I think Honolulu is a beautiful place and the emergency vehicles look totally badass! This mod is based on LaMod but I'll try to make this as much as possible my own mod, I aim on replacing every vehicle and the map from LaMod. I started working on this mod last month (January 2013) and I've spent around 50hrs on it already.As I see it now there'll be two releases. Version 1 will be a light version of the mod with only a few new units. The idea with two releases is that the first release will be released quite soon as a teaser/demo kinda thingy. And then, later, there will be the "real" release with the whole mod.The location of the mod is a free interpretation on Waialae, or the south shore of Oahu. A freeplaymap is in progress and it will contain a beautiful beach (it's Hawaii! Duh!), rich-people suburbs, some business buildings and a forest-ish park with nice forestfires .
