I know that there was one W.I.P of this mod,abut because i haven't heard of it anymore i decided to make my own. I will post almost Daily of the mod. Ummm before you say my mod is ended, go check your facts.... Good luck finishing a mod in 3 months..... I personally don't think it is right that a mod has already been started and then someone else starts one for the same city. Also what did you edit on NNICO's model? But as HDmods said he allowed permission for editing and use of his models now and as far as I have been told no longer mods for Em4.
