Raoul Posted July 25, 2013 Report Share Posted July 25, 2013 You sure its not the mission, Bomb Threat in Cinema in 3rd game? If so, you should focus on evacuating as many people as possible to prevent any trouble when the bomb explodes which is inevitable. This means there will be minimal casualties giving you time to take care of the fires and get information on the criminals. Tango Posted November 8, 2013 Report Share Posted November 8, 2013 I'll give you a hint with Evacuating: Use the 'PHC' or Police Helicopter to evacuate the cinema. Then, if there's any trouble makers, move them back with PD or FD. When the countdown gets to about 02:00:00 (Something like that) move EVERYONE back. This should prevent injuries.
