You generally aren't going to get very much interest or people willing to help unless you can show some progress in the mod, and people at least want to know if you can do anything mainly because people may be willing to work on a mod with you, but nobody would be willing to make it for you. You know this mod doesnt just incorporate Ravenna. Its pretty much most of Ohio. The re-skins would be really cool! Good luck to you.
