The freeplay illegal demonstration sucks so that wont suffice. The more people there = the harder it is to control them, the larger the area is, the more fires/casualties etc.I increased the maximum number of protesters from 10 to 40, and the difference was huge! In mission 7 they throw rocks at the police and vehicles , they also run and scatter making it much more realistic. I made a video of mission 7 using London mod.
