joeyf327
Its okay I have a recording from the 40's with the claim and no country claimed that territory then or now. And that paper says todays date in which you can't claim it after 1961 while the ATS is in force. Funny isn't it?
njboy13
I don't know why you think I'm joking, I'm just as serious as you are. I said I wrote today's date on it to prove it was legit and not photoshopped or anything. That was written back in 1935. Its okay I have a recording from the 40's with the claim and no country claimed that territory then or now. And that paper says todays date in which you can't claim it after 1961 while the ATS is in force. Funny isn't it? Oh so you do have something to prove it to us? Go ahead and upload it then. I uploaded my proof, you upload yours.
joeyf327
you uploaded something that means nothing to me. You uploaded a bogus piece of paper with words written in marker, funny thing is that paper was not here in 1935. Not sure about the marker but don't care about it either. Its mine. All mine and those that matter know it.
njboy13
Little odd that somebody who's trying to prove a point won't upload the only piece evidence necessary to prove his point correct and everybody against him wrong. Further reason for all of us to believe none of this is true. Don't even know why I'm getting into this with you. Until you prove yourself, we all know that you are full of BS. Newfoundking
You're not a sovereign state, and no countries recognize you as a country, therefore you don't really have the ability to call yourself a country

Miercolini
Its alright you can say anything you want. The claim came from my Great Grandfather in 1936, who in turn passed away and gave the claim to his son who passed away and handed it down to me. Is there any documentation? No why would there be? Look at the native american's that have been here before America was America do they all have documentation from back then no. Its a family thing. So don't ask for documentation, even though it would help I don't have it. And the whole peter griffin thing would never happen. Every piece of land inside the lower 48, puerto rico, Alaska, and Hawaii and whatever else is all apart of the USA there is no house in the US that wouldn't be a apart of the US. And my claim is valid, I already spoke with an International Law Firm near my house.Yea.....the US really respected the natives rights/claims of their land. Documentation and proof is only good if you have the muscle to back it up, otherwise it's worthless and your left conversation piece. EmergencyFan97
Article 3 of the Montevideo Convention in no way disputes the ATS. The ATS very clearly states that no nation may claim land in Antarctica after 1961, and since you are now claiming the land in 2013, it's against international law. Regardless of whether or not you owned the land previously, you did not claim it as a separate country.
joeyf327
Too bad if you knew the story you would know it was claimed in '36 not 2013. Also if you were erfd, you wouldn't be 18. You'd be older or not have an age on your page.
EmergencyFan97
Joey, you very clearly stated that your grandfather owned the property, and that you claimed it. There are very large legal differences there.
