samanders Posted August 4, 2012 Report Share Posted August 4, 2012 Hi, A new user here from the UK, i found the Emergency game on the ipad which i loved playing and would like to purchase for the desktop, after a search on google i have found this website and have read the topics for purchasing however a lot of the topics are a few years old and the links do not work/game is out of stock.I have searched for the last day on the internet via different online stores but none of them have the game for sale any more :-( the ones that do are in stock will not ship to the UK sadly. My question to the members of these forums can any one provide a link or method to purchase the Emergency 4 game for a UK person?The game can be downloaded it does not have to be a cd copy, just need some help trying to purchase Emergency 4 as i would love to try the full game and also the mods from these forums.Thanks in advanceSam Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

You don't seem to be the first with this problem. One of the members here went so far as to register for a paypall account with a U.S. Address despite the fact that he lived in the U.K. It did work out for him but I wouldn't condone that course of action. The item had been shipped and received.Now the game that arrives is German but it is also the deluxe version 1.3 so i downloaded the LA Mod from this site and that appears to have changed most of the game text to English so overall pretty good so far :-) Still some bits missing but at least you can work are around the game now!Sadly the despatch audio is still German so need to have a think around that but there was a mod that changes the dispatch cartoon to video content and is designed for the LA Mod sadly at this time it does not appear to support the deluxe version reading the comments have not tried myself but the author said they might try and release an update but i am not sure if thats an ongoing project or not.So for any one in the UK like me who has tried most ways to purchase it appears this is the only way:http://astore.amazon.de/htteme4organe-21/detail/B00175897S Now i just need to find a method to change the dispatch controller voice to English and we are up and running Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I would theorize that I should be able to just send you a download link to my English dispatch files. As long as your dispatcher files are in the same general place place that mine are "C:\Program Files\WizardWorks\911 - First Responders\Data\Lang\us" there shouldn't be any problem with you just droping them in.
