yes it is easier, but hey thats wrong with society today... if you want it you should be able to able to look around for it. They are not hard to find. You walk into your average hardware store like Rona, Home Depot (what have you) do you expect the workers there to get all your lumber and tools plus hardware to build your fence for you... no you wouldn't now would you. Same thing applys here. Now if it was his own personal submod that is private like squad 55 has then yes you should have to provide it.
