Guest e34p
I have been working on my own private mod recently. I've now got it to the stage where I'm happy with it.The mod works perfectly on my pc in game with all the changes that I've made.I tried to send it to my laptop by copying all the files onto an external hard drive and then on to my laptop.BUT when I go to play it on my laptop:- the map has reverted back to the original map before any of the changes I made- All the commands that I've put onto people have disappeared (however they are still on the mod, I need to re-apply them to the persons) - And all the children, lights etc to models have gone back to how they were before I changed themI've tried sending all the files and packaging the mod in the mod installer but it still doesnt work.Any help would be greatly appreciated. Wkboy714
Sounds like some prototypes and map files weren't copied properly...check there's enough space on the drive and try copying it all again?
Guest e34p
Looking at the prototypes in notebook (before I move the files) the commands that I've added in the editor to certain persons aren't in their prototype files. How do I go about changing the prototypes? Is it just a case of changing them in notepad or is it something I have to do in the editor? Wkboy714
In the editor, you added the commands to a person then did you click the button that says something like "Apply to all prototypes of this type"?
