Criminalism Posted May 31, 2012 Report Share Posted May 31, 2012 Well I have played Emergency 4 for about three years now and I have never had any problems with it, but out of the blue I stared having issues. When I launch the game (Emergency 4 Vanilla, or Los Angeles Mod) I get the black screen for about three seconds then I crash to desktop. I get no error messages, nothing, it just sends me back to my desktop. My graphics drivers are up to date, I have attached the log file and the my dxdiag to help find the reason of these crashes.logfile.txtDxDiag.txtThanks for the helpEDIT: Yes I have reinstalled my game and the mods. Try to uninstall any unused codecs.Also I've had problems with nokia suite, so it is worth disabling any background programs before starting the game.
