Kasriel Benjamin Posted April 18, 2012 Report Share Posted April 18, 2012 Hi there, I am new to GTA IV First Response mod & ELS, now I do not have ELS, althought I have the First Response mod, I have ELS v6 downloaded but i do not know how to install it & i dont understand what they do in the youtue videos, if anyone could possibly guide me step by step, that would be GREATLY appreicated!
