After a lot of effort, I've managed to put in the NOOSE Stockade. The models are from GTA SA (converted from GTA IV). Still dunno if the Shelby will be an unmarked police vehicle or not... Ignore the wheels, I'll add the original ones from GTA in the MTA Traffic Patrol car.  Enjoy!
