randomperson139 Posted April 5, 2012 Report Share Posted April 5, 2012 You have to have installed the mod, then open the London Mod folder (in the Mods folder of the games program files), and open the 'models' folder. Then open the 'vehicles' folder, the model and skin files are separated into the different services. For example, if you wanted to reskin the police car, you would open the 'Metropolitan Police' folder, and the relevant skin file.Most skin files are .dds, or .jpg.
