Here’s all the files I have on Emergency 4:DataModsEditor Manual.pdfEm4.cfgEm4logfileLos Angeles Mod v2.1ModInstallermsvcp71.dllmsvcr71.dllreadmeunicows.dllvBase71.dllvision71.dllI clicked the “Mods” then I saw LA mode and stuff so I put the small mod in it. But it does not work. I am thinking I have to install the small mod with la mod and then put it into emergency 4 or it won’t work. Am I correct about this? Open the folder, and inside you should see the LA Mod folder, open this and then copy the small mods files here.If you want I can make some screenshots showing what to do.
