I figured it would be easier to due a grid map because of the work that gos into creating a map. You have your boat club and bars on the beach, Hotels, food shops, residential beach community, some officer buildings, park , playground. A mall or truck stop and Fire Rescue 1 and High way Patrol right off the highway. A small loco PD and Fire near beach community and a Hospital good luck with mod.
