Tengo 2 problemas

1 es que al iniciar el game en mi computadora portatil , el juego se sale como si no tuviera crack, me puse a buscar en google y 1 dijko que le habia cambiado la compatibilidad y yo hice eso y no andubo, ahora lo desintale al game y cuando quiero instalarlo me sale este error

y no puedo instalar el juego, tengo windows 7 home premiun...las demas cosas se ven en la 2da imagen.
