Medical emergencies - how to edit them ?

Hi guys,

Is it possible to edit the medical emergencies. i.e make it so that every "heart attack" call the patient is dead/very nearly dead etc...

Also how could I add new medical emergencies to the game ? Just scenarios like chest pains, breathing difficulties etc....

And one last thing! :-) I know how to make new road accidents, but do all road accidents have to have persons trapped in the car, as i've been trying to work out how to make scenarios like car-v-pedestrian.

I can only help with the, as you put it, 'man v car' scenario. You just add all the objects then name them all ccard1 etc. There is no person enclosed so they the person on the floor can be named ccard1 rather than ccarp1 which is usually used for people enclosed in the car ccar1. However my knowledge on this is based on self taught stuff so this may be wrong but I guess it cant make it worse to try

i think the first "c" always refers to "crash"

the term "car" should be clear

the first "crashcar" you add will be "ccar"

the "d" in "ccar_d" refers to "debris", so every other car, marks, glass etc. you add is debris

the "p" in "ccar_p" refers to "patient"

so EVERY patient in an accident will/has to be named like this.

for patients trapped in cars you'll have to ...

... place the patient near the car

... select the car and go to properties

... go to Edit Traits -> Person enclosed

... select that "patient_xyz" should be trapped within

DONE!
