Guest Ltk_Sim Posted October 19, 2011 Report Share Posted October 19, 2011 Hi, I've Emergency 4 Deluxe and I've problems to save a Challenge game.When I'm playing I press Esc and I go to "Save Game" but I can't click on "Save".This is only with Challenge game, I can save missions or endless game.
