how to get lcpd fr and different emergency vehicles on to gta iv? for xbox 360

Xandarb is correct. I've modded everything in GTA 4 for the PC and all the modders say that it's not possible for the consoles

it is possible to get different car models in a Xbox 360 GTA IV but it is a very long and complicated process. As for LCPDFR Impossible you can't add external scripts and expect them to work, due to the LCPDFR creators making it especially for PC, even if you did find a way to implant scripts into the game they would be nothing more than a waist of space on the disc

EDIT: also you can put hacks into the game such as rocket pistol, Invincibility, and Car spawners. but as i said before it is a long and very hard process
