Texture Problem

I got sick of using LA trucks, so when I found Soulbody's LA mods 1.8-2.0 I download 1.8 and 1.9. I downloaded the Boston submod and liked it so I started to research Boston and move some stuff around. (Use the FDNY Texture on Firefighters for their black turnout gear, etc)

I now know that Boston Doesn't run any E350s but the do run about 2 (I think that's how many) F450s. So I put in NNico's F350 for the BLS Ambulance. I got the model in just fine, but when I try and put in my first, (not finished version) Texture, the texture won't show up. The truck is just white, Lights are there from the NY Submod. I also can't get the texture through the DDS converted through this site, but I don't know if that would be a problem.

Another Problem Is I can't open the textures for the la mod, I don't know what I've got to do to open it, if anyone can help that would be great thanks.
