I wonder how do I edit a file .e4p ,which is inside the folder Prototypes

You edit the prototype in the editor. Load the editor, then load the mod. There should be a menu with all the objects in game. (if not go edit-scene). Click on the unit you want to edit, then select edit on the right side. Here you can edit lights, vehicle type, childs, etc.
