There is a camaro in the Additional Units Submod of the LA mod.but is a bit older than the 2011 one.

And there is another camaro, newer, at least in the NY Submod, that is civil -you can do it as police car but I don't know how, there was a topic about it in modding help section-.

it all depends on what you want on it i can make it a undercover with no external detection until you turn on the lights
