Em4 Rig Mission Help!

I successfuly achive 98%. But, I always fail to get 100%

At the result screen, I always saw little bit missed at material damages.

How can I solve this? It's just a control problem?

Here is a list which I call at this mission

Difficulty is normal.

1 Fire boat

3 Pumper - 9 Firefighter Norm and 9 Firefighter ABC

3 Transport Truck with boat

1 TEC Helicopter with engineer

Rest unit are ambulances. sometimes I call ABC vechicle too.

and this is my plan

1. move engineer to stop the rig and 2 contol panel

2. drop 3 boat at position

3. firefighters get hose & enter boat

4. drop firefighters at rig and move them to right side. spread them at South-West-North area where doesn't get toxic

5. drop ABC unit and rescue 5 people which at the toxic area.

6. Rest ABC unit get the extinguisher and ready to extingush fire.

7. At the 4~7 steps moment. TEC Heli rescue the people at rig & 1 boat rescue the other people in water

I think it's a almost perfect plan but I always fail to get 100%.

Of course I got lower % when I was play this mission first but... 2% makes me crazy.

is there better way to get 100%? or My plan is right but I need to more faster control?

If you have screen recording software such as Fraps or CamStudio, you can record yourself playing the mission, then post it on video sharing sites such as YouTube, so others can evaluate your performance and give feedback - it's hard to give you tips using a text description. You can download trial versions of both of the above software for free, I think.
