There are lots of mods where the modders just leave the project or go inactive indefinitely. There's a bunch of locked abandoned projects here on this site.

Hi Joker. The mod is still being worked on by CDF and Squad 65. No official date was given when it will be ready. Just a reminder...Do not ask for the release date. It's against the rules.

I do not work on this mod. CFD and Goog do. I have no part in this submod.

Is this mod just replacing the vehicles or persons also? Would be pretty cool to see new firefighters and police officers etc.

This "Modification" will be replacing vehicles at the moment. Please review previous post from original authors for more information. NO, I am not a member of this Mod Team. Just a long time EM4 person.

Whatever content has been showcased so far, is what will get released. *Subject to final changes by Author. LAX Engine 51 is just another LAFD Engine, just based out of LAX and with the different color scheme, for safety purposes, should they ever get on the runway, etc. the Rehab/Air Tender holds extra equipment needed for firefighters, when supplied run out. I know you want this and that, but some units are obsolete on EM4. The older mature, crowd on here knows.

New rigs will have whelen patterns and older rigs will mimick code 3 patterns.

CFD posted a stream the other day of himself working on the mod, so its pretty obvious that the mod is in progress.

Just be patient and let the authors do their thing.
