I don't know how to make it any simpler than copy and paste model file to model file,prototype to prototype...

Well i copy Models and Prototypes and then i open my LA mod folder file {C:\Program Files (x86)\sixteen tons entertainment\Emergency 4\Mods\Los Angeles Mod v2.0}

it asks me to merge it so i click yes! its slowly starts copying stuff and once its done i run the game, run the mod! Yet NOthing all units are the same

Also make sure you have la mod 2.0 or 2.1 and the Additional submods units installed before you add mine.

I see on another topic you describe your games all f'd up and crashing...that's cause your putting things where they shouldn't be,start all over with a fresh la mod version with additional units submod then add mine.

Don't mix and match submods,light submods,NOTHING,mine will not work with any others,the units are all different.

What I did was I opened each file one @ a time then copied than paste to the same name file as I did the others. It works fine.

I find that it always don't automatically goes where it suppose to go.

definately not recommended for new users to break the folders down,if you copy and paste the entire folder ,everything will go where it needs to go.

I had to change out the file host and I uploaded the wrong version(the ambulance was named incorrectly so the skin appears white)

I have now fixed this and a new link will be on page 1 shortly.If you had the problem just download the new version and copy and paste the folders appropriately.

don't add one at a time unless you know what your doing,copy and paste contents of the download in the right folder and you will have no troubles.Anybody follows his advice will not be helped!!!

By hanging do you mean lag?If so lower graphics settings might help.

Making all of those units would take years, your game would probably crash trying to load all of those units. My desktop with it's six core i7 would probably crash trying to load all of that, and if your using a labtop goodluck.

Just a suggestion, you can reskin existing models and make around 2/3 of your list. It's pretty much how we all the modders here started.

Also most guys working on LA based projects are shooting for:

realism: So if it doesn't exist in real life we would never consider it. (there are alot on your list)

practicality: If it can't possibly serve a purpose in game, or is ridiculously redundant it will also be shot down.(there are alot on your list)

If you'd like help learning how to reskin, several people, including myself, would be glad to provide advice or guidance.
