I'm just curious as to why you put the hub caps on the all white CHP vehicle. You said that you were going to go hubless for LASD and CHP. Change of mind at the last moment?

Nope, it's just because it's an extra unit. It was in the ATF spot so it got their wheels but I have since swapped it for the camaro and it has black rims again.Check out the new LAPD slicktop charger(this unit is now porn on wheels)

All the units are now done and in game,CFD is a busy guy with real life so he will use his magic too get these lit up ASAP then there will be a release

this submod is the base la mod v 2.0 with 2 patches and the additional units submod...when you mix and match submods you risk losing and screwing things up,unless you know what your doing, then you could add them with any submod.(the police units and tahoes will not work with any light mods due too the size difference between new and old units,but CFD is doing them, so you will not need to use light mods)

the LAPD charger was replaced with the slicktop,it is leaps and bounds better this way I think...

I think there was some other guys a little while back started doing the LAFD and EMS,so at some point if nothing gets done maybe,but for now I'm gonna concentrate on the RCMP submod...

you should have no problems,the new lights will only overwrite the police files old units lights,so everything else is golden...but I would recommend anyone who does download it too start off with a fresh la mod 2.0 and AUS...

Just wondering out loud...would you guys prefer a LASD Tahoe(marked or a ppv umpc tahoe) instead of the Hummer??? I never used the Hummer much so I was just curious as to your preference,the majority will win...

There are no LAPD slicktop chargers in real life, but that looks too good to give up. Goog1967, I hope I don't come across as overly critical and nitpicky. I really do admire all of your work and I sincerely appreciate you taking the time to update the units to make the LA mod more fun for the rest of us to play.

As for the hummer, I NEVER use it. The only time I "used" it was when the mod came out so I just called for it, to check it out. I'm all for the LASD marked Tahoe. The only unmarked LASD Tahoe I've seen is this one:

yes these are the scaled and no roof rack Tahoes...I turned the fbi_suv into a ppv unmarked Tahoe,also the swat_suv I turned into a swat umpc(saw many pics and kinda cool,already have numerous big trucks for swat)

Your right about the LAPD not having Charger slicks but,I did find one and that's all I needed ...Gone is the Hummer,to be replaced with a marked LASD Tahoe.

I based mine directly off this one,same unit # and all(pic said it was brand new,so maybe yet to have a lightbar or a new slicktop)

Great, I'm glad you're replacing the hummer. I never used it because I couldn't park it at the station. Will the LASD SUV have the same functions as the patrol car?

The suv will not transport detainees, but other than that, they will be configured with general duty functions.

In addition. Most of the vehicle's handling speed will be increased to the appropriate response speed, since hoppah's current speeds is configured as like as a indoor pony carnival ride, located in the fast food area. Too slow and in my book, more horsepower is better.

I'm glad there are no ill feelings. The unmarked vehicles and LASD Tahoe look great. Two small things though: 1)the rear lightbar is missing on the Tahoe. All marked Tahoes, both newer and older Tahoes, have that because the SUV is much longer than a regular patrol car. 2) Because of the angle of the photo, I can't really see if you put the two grille lights in the front.

EDIT: here's the rear lightbar for the tahoe roof,also added the grill led child's...CFD will make sure the lightbar has the right pattern,I just added colour for show.

Most of the skins are done,just lights to be added...but we will get out the O.P.P. submod first,then this will follow shortly after.

Hey Goog and CFD, Im not trying to start a fire here, but in the OPP submod thread you said you would get this one out first (see noted below). The main post in this thread states otherwise as noted above......can we get some clarity? Which one will be released first?

yes,getting the LAmod upgrade units submod out first, later this week sometime... then we will finish this one off.
