squad51 Posted May 17, 2011 Report Share Posted May 17, 2011 Trying to reskin LA fire engine 2 for Somerville mod with paint.net because photoshop is too expensive. Do you need the DDS plugin because I think paint.net comes with it. I tries to open the file up, but it just says "windows cannot find program to open it".
