Skinning is what I'm doing (Doing some decals by hand and some by pic etc etc) But what make's it so different from Texturing and Uv Mapping? MikeyPI Posted May 11, 2011 Report Share Posted May 11, 2011 Texture=Image file applied to model, skin is also used to describe same item...UV Mapping= The way which the image file is applied to the model...In reality to do a proper reskin or a proper texture for a vehicle unless that vehicle has a perfect UV map (most do not because the author(s) modified them for their exact purpose) you have to know how to adjust the UV map, which requires Z2 to import the V3O to alter and re-export the model file...
