How can have more Units?

Yes.. mi idea was this..

if you was playing the: LA MOD for Emergency 4 you can see if you buy a unit... you have like 50 or 80 free spaces for more units...

if you play the GAME BASE you only have 12 free places...

i wanna know how to put that number (Maximum units 12) to .. emm.. i don't know.. (50 or 70).. like on LA MOD for Emergency 4..

somebody can tell me?

(Spanish) es que la verdad.. me gusta tanto el juego BASE como el mod de LOS ANGELES pero quisiera tener mas unidades en algunos mods.. ya que me gustan..

aunque la verdad el mod de BERLIN (ERS) no me funciono para nada!! x_x igual.. no importa..
