Officer_Down Posted May 6, 2011 Report Share Posted May 6, 2011 Hello all,I'm in a little bit of a pickle here. Okay well I have downloaded the New York City Mod from this website. Easy, extracted that to my desktop and opened up the Mod Installer. It works fine, then I click "Install Package" everything is okay the message saying "Operation in Progress, Please Wait" pops up. So I leave it for 3 hours and it did nothing. All it did was create a folder on my desktop called "NYC 1.0" or something like that. So basicly I left the Mod Installer "Installing" the mod for 3 hours and it did nothing!
