Is there a way I can change my games screen res without going into game?

I changed my games screen a few seconds ago and saved.But the screen was way too messed up,so I had to exit.Now every time I try to enter the game it crashes.I do not want to reinstall because I have the LA Mod and Enchanced Mod(which I won't be able to get anymore)

It was accidentally posted in wrong board.

Wow that was confusing.I uninstalled my game instead.Thanks though.I didn't see the search bar up there.I feel stupid.
