If he has been banned, then I will finish it in my own time, and if or when he is unbanned will ask if I can release.Nearly Finished now.... I'm going to start making it into a map. Only issue I have is the distressing lack of sidewalks... And I also want Cosres's changes.OK! First screenshot up!LOTS of notable changes, such as rounded borders on the grass etc.Roads are also modified, with other changes coming soon.If Cosres doesn't mind, I shall also integrate HIS changes!Obviously he would get credit for those. I need a good tutorial.I also need to know:How to insert traffic lights.How to insert incidents (the only kind I know how to insert is a car crash!)And how to make working traffic compatible streets (I'm stuck on that, especially about how to make intersections!)If anyone can point me in the right direction, with a tutorial or somthing like that that would be great!
