EM4 Error

I posted almost same topic few days ago but no one replied

So now I post again :machkaputt:

Anyway... I saw my logfile and found

?ERROR: dynlight.vsf Version 3.0.0.0 or higher required!

I searched this but all the solutions that I could find were 'UPDATE YOUR VIDEO CARD'

So I updated my video card but still same problem

Anybody please tell me any solutions except saying 'UPDATE YOUR VIDEO CARD'

p.s: my laptop has enough performance to run EM4 so do not tell me to buy a new computer

p.s2: here's my logfile just in case...
