I know people are buy building mods, and submods and all that good stuff, but I am asking for a little bit of help here. I would like to find someone that knows how to re-skin the vehicles that would be willing to re-skin and kinda teach me or show me how to do things. I know like I said people are busy and stuff,but I am just looking for a little help on this. MikeyPI Posted March 15, 2011 Report Share Posted March 15, 2011 Get a DDS converter, whichever one you wish to use since most people use DDS format for their skins you'll have to port them to something other than DDS to mod em... Get a decent paint app it's covered just about everywhere paint.net psp, photoshop, anything reasonably decent... if its a vehicle from the LA mod the files are packed, again this is covered in the LA mod section... in the end reskinning isnt too difficult you won't require any other apps than a paint program and a dds converter to make it work, if you want to ease your effort get zmod2 since it shows the skins on the model outside of the editor/game, makes reskinning easier..
