I am editing vehicle XML files and cannot relate ingame names to vehicle folder names, thus I require a DDS converter to view the vehicle like I would see it in game. The DDS Converter v2.1 both on this site, and google, both do not work. The convert button never appears and the preview (which is what I want) fails.
