Sirius7dk Posted February 20, 2011 Report Share Posted February 20, 2011 911 First Responders is the same game as Emergency 4m just a different name for the North American Market, but the only way to get deluxe is by buying Emergency 4 Deluxe. Newfoundking Posted February 22, 2011 Report Share Posted February 22, 2011 Deluxe is a seperate entity from 911:FR.. There is no way to "Unlock it" They were made at two seperate times. Deluxe has features in no other game at all, and that's how it is. If you want to use Deluxe features, you have to buy deluxe.
