I downloaded the New York sub mod and cannot figure out how to use it. It's a rar file and i dunno much about those. I got winrar and z zip and I still can't seem to use it. Ive taken certain vehicle and put them into the folders they got In on the la mod and when i start the game the vehicle is not thereyou need to select all files from the rar file except that 3 dots(if you do that youre gonna copy youre whole pc and we dont want that ) and drag them to the originally la mod, if im correctly it overwrites it. Go ingame and press someting like la mod but maybe with the name ny mod or someting like that, wait 5-10 minuts and click on freeplay or missions. here you go.
