I use LEDesigns, and I think that the their lights look best at nighttime, so I would like it to start, around dusk, just before street light and headlights would come on. So.1. How would I do that? Just open up the freeplay map, go into map properties and change the time?2. What would be the best time to set to start at dusk. I was thinking 1800 or 1900. swatlord Posted January 5, 2011 Report Share Posted January 5, 2011 You want to edit the fp_params_endless xml in your mods-la mod-specs folderLine 16 will say <starttime value="xx:xx"/> with x's being the time (in 24hr format) that you want the time to start at. Xplorer4x4 Posted January 5, 2011 Report Share Posted January 5, 2011 If memory serves me right, I set my maps to start at about 5:30 or 6:30PM usually. I think all the lights, no matter who did them, look best at night. However, switching up the start time once in awhile can help keep things a little bit fresher because certain events are more likley to happen at night then day, and vice versa. And yeah, right when I started I noticed events I don't usually get during the day. Got a Television explosion (never got that before) and a few in the port.
