BlueShark
Hey there. Ive been playing EM3 for about a year now. I love the game. Just installed the LA mod for it. Very realistic MOD and I enjoy it. I noticed one of the new abilities for the fire trucks is the hose connection. I can't figure out how to use it. I know what it is for, just don't know how to use it.Thanks,SharkP.S. I just noticed I posted this in the wrong area. Sorry Edited December 23, 2010 by BlueShark
Xandarb
Hi!Well, you should equip a fireman with a fire hose, (select the fighter, press the upper left button, should look like a joystick or something... and then you choose the hose) then you should, while the fireman with the hose is selected, press the firetruck, and there you go! The hose should be connected and working. BUT if you use em3, you must press a specific point of the firetruck. Right where the hose connection is. 1 on the side, 2 on the back and 1 on the other side. And in EM4 just somewhere on the truck. OH, and the firetruck has 4 hose connections. You could also use "rapid deployment", this will make the personnel exit the firetruck and automatically get a hose and connect it to the truck.Hope i helped! Have fun and Merry Christmas!
BlueShark
Thanks for the help!Is rapid deployment something available in EM3?
Xplorer4x4
I dont think so. As for the hose connections, you just have to click directly on each connector, and seeing as there small you have a very small target area to click but once you figure it out you should get the hang of it. Personally I cant bring myself to play EM3 anymore even with the LA Mod.
BlueShark
I would understand if I had EM4... When I am done with my new rig, I will get it.
