What do I need to do when the mod gets done downloading? Please help me out because I really like this game. Sawdbuster Posted January 3, 2011 Report Share Posted January 3, 2011 You Have to open Emergency 3, and once the homepage to the game is open click on 'Modifications' and then a list of the downloaded or mods you made should come up.
