There are some pros and cons to each; I liked the layout slightly better of 2007 but in general, I feel 2010 is far more efficient and convenient to use. I don't think it's that much different to 2007, but I prefer it and I think it is better and quicker to use.Since you have the option of a free upgrade, I would go for it.
