EM 4 Not starting

I picked up EM 4 in france a few years ago, but i haven't had it installed for a while.

Tried installing it and it went through fine, but when i go to run it i see a black screen with a white border.

This then crashes the PC, leaving the screen black (but i cant see the "program is not responding" box). Tried a few things, newest drivers, running as admin, compatability etc but nothing is helping.

Any help appreciated.
