I have been playing emergency 4 and 3 on my old Dell 2350 system 80 GB 1 Ram standered video card, can I still play the los mod on this system. When I saw the Los Angels mod looked great but I can not finger out how to down load and my computer skills are limited. I down loaded the los mode and patch 3 but it will not take into my EMR 4 or 3 , mod installer when I tried to open the file. I have the EMR 3 & 4 version set.
