Maybe you first need to mention what skills you have, meaning what you can do (Skinner, Modeler, UV-Mapper, Lights, etc.). Ironicaly i started building my own israel mini mod about a year ago but gave up, altough it came out not bad. my main problem was 3d modelling so i just took models from other mods and repainted them (that im good at), also i made some changes to the map to make it look more israeli (more areas for brush fires etc.). so if you could make a mod with accurate 3d models it would really be good. i can always help you with repainting if you need it good luck,Mor - Israel.
