galantjunior Posted August 6, 2010 Report Share Posted August 6, 2010 go to the file properties and untick read only that is if you using XPif you are using Vista or 7 save the file to the desktop and then copy paste it to the EM4/911 First Responders folder. Xplorer4x4 Posted August 7, 2010 Report Share Posted August 7, 2010 Whats not simple?Start->type msconfig in the search box->Hit Enter->Tools->Chage UAC Settings->Launch->Slide the slider to the bottom, never notify->Done.
